Our services also include payment and invoice management capabilities, enabling merchants to send payment links and transaction notifications to customers.

2. SMS Program Terms

Users who submit phone numbers consent to receive transactional SMS messages. These messages may include:

• Invoice notifications
• Payment confirmations
• Payment reminders
• Account updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

3. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

Submitting your phone number indicates consent to receive transactional communications via SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at hello@earnside.co. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to access Earnside's services or opt into SMS communications.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, ensure you have the necessary authorisation to share any payment processing statements or business data submitted through the platform, and use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Earnside's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, as results depend on your processor's current position and willingness to negotiate. The company disclaims responsibility for carrier-related delivery failures for SMS communications.

7. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of Earnside's services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

9. Legal Disclosure

Earnside LLC is an independent payment solutions provider. We are not a bank or licensed financial institution.
